Growing Ground Yoga
Dr Paula Moir is a qualified yoga instructor who offers small group classes designed to support movement, balance, strength and relaxation in a personalised setting. Classes are available for groups of up to six people and can be held in your home or another suitable environment, creating a comfortable and convenient experience tailored to your group.
